Where can I list a local community event in Canada?

Map.ca is built in Canada for exactly this: a person, a business, a community group, or a municipality can put a community event on the map. A free event is free to post.

The event appears on the EventsMap as a Pin at its real location, tagged with what it is, so neighbours discover it by proximity rather than needing to already follow you.

Unlike a social page that only reaches your existing followers, a Map.ca Pin is part of the public map of the area, so it reaches people who do not yet know you exist.
